Home is where the heart is, yet as so many of us who love a good meal know, the quickest way to the heart can be through the stomach—or taste buds. Our culinary services team is dedicated to nourishing our residents, body and soul, with tasty, heart-healthy meals.
To celebrate, we’re hosting a special “Caring is a Work of Heart” culinary event, and invite you to join us for a delicious meal and to learn about the benefits our residents receive from our nutritional strategy. Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 11th, from 9:30am - 11:00am, when Chef Kyle Falzitto offers you the chance to experience the great flavor and warm feeling of a delicious meal with our culinary team.
Kyle Falzitto has been serving residents at Park Regency Loveland for the last three years. But he grew up in the restaurant business, operating three Italian restaurants along with his family. In fact, when Kyle is not at Park Regency Loveland, you’ll find him helping his family at Nonna Bella Country Italian Restaurant in Berthoud.
With over 16 years in the business, he’s had the privilege to work with many excellent restaurants and bakeries in a range of roles, including kitchen manager. While he’s extremely knowledgeable—a certified dietary manager and food service professional—Kyle thrives on providing a pleasant and memorable dining experience. He sees a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail making a meaningful impact on social and physical health of the residents.
“Eating here feels like going out to eat three times a day,” says resident Jim. With Kyle’s leadership, the Park Regency dining team creates a friendly environment, making Jim and his neighbors feel at home and welcome. Jim loves all the available choices, but mostly beer-battered cod and French fries.
